The Maison
Every lot is cupped blind before it earns a place on our bar. We roast in small batches twice a week, rest the beans for a precise number of days, and pull shots within a two-second window of tolerance.
In the pastry kitchen, butter is folded by hand, lamination takes three days, and nothing is made ahead of the morning it is served.

The Room
Twenty-six seats across two rooms. Arched windows on the north, a roastery behind glass on the south.
Private Hire
Both rooms can be reserved for tastings, launches and small gatherings of up to 30.
